Our office will stay in touch throughout the entire process, making sure we work the install into your schedule perfectly and set all expectations moving forward.
On the day of your installation, our Trained Installers will make sure they leave your castle as clean, or cleaner than when they arrived. We use thick fabric drop clothes during the entire install and are careful to mind any four-legged family members that may want to take a walk around the neighborhood without Mom or Dad. Making sure we are as quiet as possible, we work hard, staying within the expectations of the schedule. Also, if we run into issues at this stage that require change to the contract, there is no charge to you, ever. We will remove, dispose of, and recycle all old equipment and materials. We then make sure you understand all the in’s and outs of your new system perfectly before we finish.
So now you’re up and running with the Best Installation possible… but we haven’t finished yet.
On the back-end, we help register your equipment for the Full Manufacturer Parts Warranty, setup any Extended Labor Warranties, file any Manufacturer Rebates, schedule your permits and inspections, and finally help you file for any available Local Rebates.
Now you’re finished. But honestly, it doesn’t end there…
From the minute we start up your new system; until the day you sell your home, we will always stand by our installations. If you ever have questions, run into troubles down the way, or just want to say “Hi”, we will always be just a phone call away. We may even check in occasionally ourselves.
We also provide a Special Price for the equipment we install for yearly maintenance on your new system, to meet any manufacturer and extended warranty requirements over the years.
